Success at the Royal Queensland Wine Show
Twisted Gum Wines entered just one wine in the prestigious Royal Queensland Wine Show this year. Our 2009 Shiraz was awarded a Silver Medal. It was up against 240 high quality Shiraz wines from all over Australia, so this is super result for a tiny vineyard like ours. It was also the highest pointed Queensland red wine in the show, which made us smile for for many weeks!

Mulch!!
Our second lot of mulch has arrived - all 270 cubic metres of it...
It will sit in two big piles until next year, when it is ready to be spread on those vineyard blocks which did not get mulch this year in June.
